Shopping with Elena is time and money well spent. Anything I have ever gotten with her advise soon becomes one of my favorite pieces. She just has an amazing eye for what looks good in general, and specifically on me-so I feel like myself, but at my best! She also gears me toward the great sales, and knows when it's worthwhile to spend the extra buck and when its not. This lady has talent! and is an absolute pleasure in addition!! I give her the highest recommendation. For years I had been trying to transition my wardrobe into something more appropriate for my age and professional life. I had difficulty because I didn't want to give up my independent flare but felt I need to move passed studded belts and vintage rags. Elena helped me clean out me closet and put together outfits for all occasions. She helped me keep the unique pieces that worked and get rid of the ones that didn't. She took pictures of the outfits and I often refer to them when I am stumped for what to wear. She gave me good tips and pointers for future shopping trips which has lead to me purchasing some really great pairs of pants! I highly recommend Elena. She works with your individual style and needs without judgment about what is in your closet! Elena did a wardrobe consultation for me...I started thinking she was going to toss out half of my closet and tell me I needed to spend a fortune on new clothes, but it was so much better! She helped me rethink my existing wardrobe, finding a better way to wear the clothes I have and how to add just a few pieces to really bring my "fun" wardrobe up to par. It was even better than shopping! In a nutshell, Elena is AMAZING! I enjoy shopping and didn't think I needed that much help with my wardrobe. When Elena came to my house, she helped me organize my clothes in a way that is both visually pleasing and time efficient. With Elena's help, I got rid of too-tight jeans I thought still looked good. She also helped me come up with new wardrobe combinations that I'd never thought of. Elena is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to knowing what stores to go to for various items. I couldn't recommend her services more!! The shopping trip was exciting. Elena had pre-selected the stores we went to. In each place, we'd quickly scour the store for possibilities, and then I'd try on each possibility. Elena would wait outside the dressing room and give a thumbs up or down on each. She'd take pictures with her camera when I wanted to see what things looked like from the back. Things moved quickly, and I never felt pressured to get anything. The best part of the shopping trip was when Elena pointed me towards things that I would otherwise never have considered. In particular, she suggested two pairs of boots that I thought were great once I tried them on, and a pair of pants that I'd thought were unremarkable on the hanger, but looked really sharp on me. |
